PBP 3rd Birthday - blind scraplift challenge July 30th to August 6th

Scrap a layout following the directions below

All participants who post their layout, or a link to their layout, in this challenge thread by the challenge cut-off date, will be in the running to win the latest issue of Digital Artist Magazine, plus $10AUD GC to the PBP shop! The winner will be announced shortly after the challenge closes.



Challenge Instructions
1. Create a layout according to the description below
2. Upload your layout into the Challenge Gallery
3. Post your layout and link, or just a link, here in this forum topic BEFORE the challenge closing date, to be eligible for the prize

Layout Description

* there are 3 photos all the same size and each of them framed
* photo 1 is straight and is placed lower on the page than photo 2.
* photo 2 is to the right of photo 1, it is slightly angled to the right and tucked under photo 1
* photo 3 is angled to the left and its bottom right corner is tucked under photo 2's top left corner
* photo 2 is positioned in the centre of the page
* the title appears under photo 2 and is touching photo 1
* there are brackets either side of photo 2
* the date appears on a strip of paper under the title
* a string swirls around underneath photos 1 & 3
* to the left of the date is an element, this slightly touches photo 1 and is on top of the string
* an element is on the top left hand corner of photo 3
* a scatter of elements starts at the left of photo 3 and moves down the page to the left of photo 1, finishing just under photo 1
* elements also scatter from the right of photo 1 across the page underneath the title and out to the right hand side of the page
* strips of paper are on the right hand side of photo 3, they contain journaling
* a strip of paper is between photo 1 & 3 and contains journaling
* there are two background papers, the top one is slightly angled to reveal the 2nd paper
* brief journaling (ie where the photos were taken for example) is located in the bottom left hand corner of the page, an element appears above this

oh my goodness this sounds like a brilliant challenge Kaye - woohoo!

oh wow it almost sounds like one of those maths puzzles they give you in highschool. John had an apple and then he took it on a plane, can you work out how much juice he should be able to squeeze out of 3 lemons.

I think Im going to need to clear my weekend's plans to tackle this challenge! Looking forward to it

Holy crap, Im trying to attempt this challenge while DH is at work and Talia is with her grandparents. Holy crap! This challenge is going to give me a nervous breakdown! gahhhhhhhhh Pickleberrypopomania! Im going nuts already and I'm only up to step 9!
