Using a coupon isn't always as easy as it sounds! Firstly, coupons are different to gift certificates - a coupon code will not work in the gift certificate field, and vice versa.
1. To use a coupon code please ensure that you are first logged in to your customer account.
2. Add the relevant product/s to your shopping cart, and click on
View cartin the left-hand sidebar.
3. At the bottom of this screen you will see the field where you should enter the coupon code (see image below). This field is not shown if you click on
Checkout instead. Press
Enter after you type the coupon code and you should see the discount applied.
4. If you continue to have a problem using the coupon, please contact admin.
