Journaling: This raising a preteen//teenager is so much harder than I ever dreamed. Yes, there are the rewarding times, but there are also the full-out arguments (which happen more often than I’d like to admit) and the scary times when you are so sad and depressed that Daddy & I just don’t know what to do. - sure we try all of the parent things that you’ve heard about, listen - just listen - or try to make things better,but nothing seems to work and we feel so underequipped to deal with it all. Just know that we are here and we love you . . .
