Layout reads - At the tender age of 7 in response to the needs of many
people on the barrier island where we live after Hurricane Sandy,
my granddaughter Emma started a charity organization,
"SMALL HANDS, BIG HEARTS".
We baked cookies by the dozens, and she rode her bike
around town selling them for 25 cents each. Through
many donations and purchases, she raised over $1000
which she choose to donate to the Red Cross. When she
sees a need she fills it, like the one above for our
local animal hospital that she visited with her Girl
Scout troop last April. I'm so proud of her generous -
and quite industrious, heart."
