8/8/08 My new ring arrived. It was a fantastic surprise. A gift from DH to celebrate the new baby. It's been years since I had some new bling (and years since I had a baby and we didn't get to celebrate the last one). I had been drooling over this stone for ages and this is the perfect setting for it. DH had it made by my favourite jeweler in the US and shipped to Australia. When it arrived I spent all morning photographing it. I can't get over how the stone changes colour with the light. Sometimes it looks so pink and other times such a beautiful champagne colour. Its a 14kt yellow gold cathedral setting with octet head and 6mm Sunset Jubilee. Isnt my DH wonderful?
