Journaling: We headed to the playground as often as possible during a few warm days in January. For the first time you were able to walk around and explore under your own power, and you loved it!

We played peekaboo on the playground equipment, watched Jason playing with sticks, and dug in the wood chips. You also liked looking at yourself in the playground mirror. There was a hill along the sidewalk, and you practiced walking up and down it. You've only done a little bit of walking on grass, so you needed to hold my hand to stay upright on the uneven ground.The photo of you pointing and pulling to show me where you want to go is so typical of you right now!
