I was scheduled to go to Thailand twice in my life. First time I was only 13 and living in Iran. We were going to go for spring break 1979. Instead the revolution happened and we had to leave. The second time I was stationed in Korea, and was going to go on my mid-tour. Instead I fell in love and came home to get married. It is still on my bucket list.
