Mystery Boxes

Just wondering how you lovely people organize your mystery boxes? DO you keep each one on it's own, original file or do you merge them all together for storage?

I keep them separate. Makes linking a lot easier if you ever create another layout with one of them in the future. If you don't need links, then I could see how combining them would make sense, but it would become a gigantic set of designs to sort through before too long
