Do you have favorite apps for your smartphone? I have so many. A lot I don't even use. But i was in "need" of some new game apps, and thought I'd ask....

I get bored with games after a while. I actually only have one game app on my phone. I've got a few more on my tablet. Things like sudoku app and solitaire app are not going anywhere. I like to go back to those. My husband is into a trivia game right now. In the past I've done the scrabble with friends, words with friends, dice with buddies.... all of them I'm done with. I don't really like to buy games. Bejeweled I used to play, but haven't been back to that one in a while. And Candy crush saga last year.... lol I was so far in that....

Anyway. What games are you playing?!

I occasionally play to 2048, Yam's, Scrabble, Tetris and sudoku also....I mainly play when I have to wait for long time for instance at the doctor lol ! I don't play or do much things on internet on my phone because I find I'm already toooo much on the computer with the digiscrap !

I also have apps for coaching with my diet step count, calorie count ! Some for meteo. That's what I often use !

I'm like Flo, I don't play a lot of games, but I do use my phone to track my food intake/calorie count. I use an UP Move tracker by Jawbone to trace my steps and sleep, and love the app for it. Those are the two main ones I use, other than a music app I use to listen to music on my phone while I walk each morning.

We played a game at our family Halloween party the other night that was a blast. My son had it on his phone. It was called Heads Up....I believe Ellen Degeneres helped create this one. You hold the phone up to your forehead & it pops words up for everyone in the room to describe to you without saying it. It's like the "headband" game that we used to play before phones *grin* anyway, that was a really fun game that even my younger grandkids loved. If they couldn't read, they'd be the one holding the phone and guessing what we were describing to them.

That sounds fun Faye!!

Flo - i just downloaded a game called 1010 that seems like it is sort of like tetris. I also used to play 2048, which I may go back to. It is another number/puzzle game!

I do have "map my fitness" to track my runs, and C25K app for actually telling me what to run (couch to 5K training program). I have been considering a Fitbit, and I know they have apps for that. I do not check the weather often, because my husband does, and tells me. And with an android, Google has "cards" for that on the home page. It isn't a separate app, but you can have traffic, weather, social media "cards" - kind of like dashboard wigits that feed you the real time info.

I also use Rhapsody music app for my runs in the morning. I have netflix for shows (we only have one TV in our house, so I can put on a kids movie for them to watch, and then I can watch something else on my tablet or phone - it's nice when I want to watch gory crime shows so they don't have to see it!)

and countless photo apps, though I do nothing with them ever. :\ I like Rhonna Designs photo app, and I like the Photo Grid app for collages. Basically, those are used solely to post to Social Media.

Pinterest app... LOL I could go on and on. I have a lot of apps. I clearly spend way too much time on my devices!!

Love fitness apps...DOn't know if they give the correct number of step, km or calories, but love them... Intend to ask the Polar for christmas maybe.

Lots of game apps on mine....Guilty of playing games while I'm waiting or when I get bored. My grandson and I also play these games together when I visit him.

Those word games sound intriguing! I used to like them more, now I prefer puzzles. But loved scramble, and text twist... one thing I do like about the candy crush games, limiting your time on them to 5 lives or whatever. Sometimes I dislike that when I'm playing, but it does help limit the phone/tablet time!

Oh, two dots is another puzzle game I have.
