Is there any way to get my downloads again for the products that are sitting in my order box? My external drive crashed and I lost all my designers products, layouts and 6 years of scrapping. If it's not possible thank you for helping me out anyhow!

Hi Dawn,

Yes, I can reset your links for you. I may not be able to reset all of them depending on whether products have been retired & removed from our server. Or, if a productg is from Designers that no longer sell here, I may have removed those products, too. Lol, we have to keep a tidy house. I'll try to get to it tonight. I'll send you a PM as soon as the links are active again.

Oh thank you. I can't thank you enough! That is super as long as I have some to keep on with challenges. I purchase when I need a specific theme and whatever I fancy. That was so gracious of you. After Dr. visit today I will be getting them. Once again I totally appreciate this!
