QOTD: October 26th: 2 Months until christmas!! Early shopper or a last minute?

No, not an early shopper at all. To be honoust......we dont do gifts with Christmas anymore. After a huge falling out with my brother (I havent seen him for 4 years or maybe even longer) my parents decided that Christmas is a no go. They will come here and we do Christmas breakfast together and after that they go home so my brother can visit them there. We do celebrate Sinterklaas (a holiday on Dec 5th) with my husbands family and that is more like a secret santa thing. And not a big thing.......like $20 per person and we have brunch, give eachother the gifts and then play boardgames and just have a nice day together.

I am an early shopper and we usually start buying in September and try to be finished by the first week in December!

I am sooooooo not a shopper!! For me it just depends on>> if my family has done their Christmas lists!! If they give me ideas early, then I grab them asap... if I am begging for suggestions, then it is usually late... if they give me no ideas, I am up to the very last second!!!

Honestly, shopping used to be fun and I enjoyed it from Black Friday until Christmas, finding gifts whenever, but I don't enjoy it anymore so shopping online is my thing. We all make Amazon wishlists and we go from there! That started with my husband & I making wishlists so we could each choose and make sure to get something the other wanted, but now it has ballooned to me, Sam, my mom, and the kids. Makes for much less stress during the Christmas season.
