Right now I am reading "The Shack" by Wm Paul Young but normally I live a little further on the DARK side. I LOVE J. R. Ward, Christine Feehan and Sherrilyn Kenyon. I also like Jessie Donovan and Lynsay Sands.

While I'm not religious at all, I found The Shack to be a very good book. Thought provoking and interesting. I like dark books too. JR Ward - love her Black Dagger Brotherhood series! I think I saw there are one or two new ones I haven 't gotten.

Brandon Sanderson - the Steelheart series! Yes, those were good!

OH MY on the concussion! That's awful, to not be able to read or be on the computer. I can't even imagine. Good on you, finding other things to do that you ended up really enjoying. I'd hope I could do that, otherwise I'd likely go insane!

A few of the authors you said you re-read I've not heard of, I'll have to check them out!

Just finished re-reading The Husband's Secret - and I have to say, while it all sounded familiar, can you believe that I forgot the details, so it was ALMOST like reading it for the first time! And I really enjoyed it, and read every word - no skimming, like when I KNOW I've read something and I'm just trying to jog my memory. lol Thanks for reminding me about that one!

Well, that's an impressive list of English authors! In French, I've mostly read what I had to in my French literature classes, so books like Bonheur d'occasion, Le Petit Prince, Les Belles-Soeurs, Zone, and similar books, the majority written by French-Canadian writers, but some, like Le Petit Prince, by French authors.

I haven't watched the movie, and read all but the last two Odd books. I really should re-read, and then finish the series!

It was great! I'm doing a little more reading of other things in between, but book 2 is downloaded for me to start at some point later this week!

In the last days I read books by Ariana Franklin. Mistress of the Art of Death, The Serpent´s Tale, Grave Goods...
I think these books are really good. It´s a historical mystery (or thriller?). I recommend.

I loved the Shack and all of the Jean Auel books. Have just finished another Gillian Flynn (who wrote The Gone Girl) but it wasn't as good as The Gone Girl
